1. Digital Products โ No Refund Policy
All citizenship tiers (Resident, Official Citizen, Supreme Citizen, Minister of Bambarbola) are digital novelty entertainment products delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
โ No refunds are provided for digital products once the transaction is completed and the product is delivered. This includes citizen numbers, digital certificates, and all associated digital benefits.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood the novelty/entertainment nature of the product.
Digital products cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense.
Change of mind, dissatisfaction with the satirical concept, or personal circumstances are not grounds for a refund.
You are purchasing a novelty collectible, not a real government document or service.
2. Exceptions โ When We Will Refund
A refund will only be considered in the following specific circumstances:
Duplicate payment: If the same transaction was charged twice due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
Payment debited but product not delivered: If your payment was successful but no citizen number or confirmation was issued within 48 hours, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
Proven technical failure: If a verifiable system error on our platform directly caused an incorrect charge.
All refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date with proof of payment.
3. Physical Merchandise
For physical merchandise orders (T-shirts, jerseys, caps, pins, etc.):
Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the product description.
Size exchange requests due to incorrect sizing selection by the customer are not guaranteed and subject to stock availability.
"Change of mind" returns are not accepted for physical merchandise.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is initiated, as fulfilment is near-instantaneous.
Physical merchandise orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately at infobamborbola@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or policy violations, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
Contest the dispute with full transaction evidence.
Permanently revoke your citizenship number and all associated benefits.
Blacklist your account from future purchases on this platform.
