1. Digital Products โ€” Instant Delivery

The following products are delivered instantly and digitally upon successful payment โ€” no shipping involved:

  • Citizen number (all tiers)
  • Digital citizenship certificate (Official Citizen, Supreme Citizen, Minister tiers)
  • Digital citizen ID and profile

Delivery is via your registered email address and accessible on-screen immediately after payment confirmation. No physical delivery is made for digital products.

2. Physical Merchandise โ€” Shipping Timeline

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Address

  • You are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address changes after dispatch are not possible. Re-delivery charges due to incorrect address shall be borne by the customer.
